Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Ethiopia is worshipped as the 'birthplace' of coffee and boy this washed Yirgacheffe sparkles in the cup. 

From the Boledu washing station, which was founded in 2018 by two friends Abiyot Ageze and Mebrahtu Aynalem, it is loaded with complexity and deliciously mellow fruit flavours. 

Our roast profile shows a delightful balance of bitters and icing-sugar sweetness. 

Enjoy notes of caramel, peach and melted dark chocolate.

We can supply whole bean or pre-ground to a grind that suits your preferred serve:

Whole Bean - Bean-to-cup machine / grind as required

Coarse - For steeping: Cafetiere / French press

Medium - For pour-over: Titanium Filter, Chemex / V60 / Filter Machine

Fine - For pressure extraction: Espresso / Aero Press / Moka pot
